Terms of Service

Effective date: [TO BE SET AT LAUNCH] · Provider: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — TO BE COMPLETED]

1. What this service is

RankMyOption is an educational analysis tool for long-dated equity options ("LEAPs"). It presents quantitative metrics (including a "required CAGR to breakeven" and an Efficiency Score) computed from market data. It does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or personalised financial guidance, and it never tells you to buy or sell any security. See the Disclosures page.

2. Accounts and trial

You must create an account to use the service. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. One account per person; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.

3. Subscriptions, founding lifetime, and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The "Founding Lifetime" plan is a one-time payment for access for the lifetime of the service as operated by the provider; the monthly plan renews automatically until cancelled. Prices may change for future billing periods with advance notice. [REFUND POLICY PLACEHOLDER — see §4.]

4. Refunds — PLACEHOLDER, TO BE DECIDED AND REVIEWED

[PLACEHOLDER: e.g. "Monthly plans: no partial-month refunds; access continues to the end of the paid period. Founding Lifetime: refundable within 14 days of purchase." The final policy must be set by the provider and reviewed by counsel before launch.]

5. Data

Market data may be delayed (approximately 15 minutes) and is provided by third-party sources. Data may contain errors or be unavailable; the service fails visibly rather than fabricating values. Verify all figures with your broker before making any decision.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service at abusive rates, share accounts, resell access, or use outputs to provide regulated financial advice to third parties.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Options trading involves substantial risk, including total loss of premium.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law — PLACEHOLDER

[PLACEHOLDER: jurisdiction and venue to be set by counsel.]
